A medium sized, delicious beef box from our own home bred pasture fed beef, containing:

 

1 Topside joint, approx 1-1.4kg

1 Rolled Rib joint, approx 1.5 - 1.8kg

4 x 500g Minced Beef

1 Pack of 3 minute Steaks (minimum 380g)

2 x 500g Diced Beef for stewing/braising

2 x Rump steaks (minimum 350g)

2 x Sirloin steaks (minimum 380g)
