Return Process

  If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email our farm shop team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the items.

  Our team will review your report against our quality control standards and shipping logs to determine the best course of action for your perishables.

  Resolution Approval

  Once verified, we will issue a replacement, provide a digital store credit, or process a refund to your original payment method for the affected goods.

  Disposal or Return

  For food safety reasons, most perishable items do not need to be returned; we will advise if a physical return of non-perishable hardware is required.
